Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with more than 15 years experience of looking after overall plant and machineries of a large sized company having major road construction projects throughout Oman.He should be fully conversant with entire operation and maintenance of heavy earth movers,plant & machinery i.e. different types of Cranes,Excavator,Dozer,Loader,Grader,Paver,Pneumatic Rollers.Trailer,generators,Transit Mixer,Asphalt Plant.Concrete Batching Plant etc,he should be accountable to setting up and maintaining P & M maintaenance and repair facilities,Allocation/Distribution of activities among sub-ordinates,keep vigil on optimum utilisation of equipments,ensure safety,security and general upkeep of all P & M Assets,prepare preventive maintenance schedule of all equipments planning and control of spare parts and there timely procurement, consumption stocks etc.He should be able to develop equipment history database and performance tracking system,he will provide training and technical support to there staff.
