Purpose::
Carry out Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Air-conditioning Systems and its equipments including Chillers, AHUs, Packaged Units, Environmental Control Units, Split units, Pumps and BMS Controls etc.

Role Responsibilities:

• a) Trouble-shoot and maintenance of complete Air-conditioning systems including Chillers, Chillers, AHUs, Packaged Units, Environmental Control Units, Split units, Pumps and BMS Controls etc.
• b) Performs & Supervise AC installations, wiring, repairs, fittings, cabling etc. and other related jobs.
• c) Supervise the Outsource contractors maintenance jobs
• d) Carries out Inspection / routine checks of AC equipment and installation.
• e) Ensures that work areas are properly cleaned, all dust and spares
• f) Checks quality of spares parts/materials used.
• g) Ensures that all safety guidelines are fully adhered to while installing or servicing the equipment.
• h) Ensure the availability of spare parts/materials required.
• i) Ensures quality and workmanship of jobs carried out.
• j) Ensures that only approved materials, equipment, tools that meet Qtel's standards or government regulations are used.
• k) Attends to emergency service calls and report to superiors.
• l) Assists in giving connection to new AC equipments.
• m) Ensures compliance to all safety guidelines and usage of appropriate tools, test equipment etc.
• n) Performs any other related duties as required.

Experience:

10 years experience in Air-conditioning field. Should be able to use testing equipment, meters etc.   Qatar Driving licence is an added advantage.

Other Information:

Secondary School Certificate.+ 

Diploma in Air-conditioning or

On-job training in Air-conditioning
