ENGINEERING BUSINESS Oil & GAS ONSHORE


HEAD OF BUSINESS SYSTEM Ref. No. JRE10567

• B Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or degree in Business Management.
• 12 - 15 Years experience in an Oil & Gas industry or with a large Engineering Consultant in developing and establishing Procedures and Engineering Business Systems.
• He should he well conversant with International Business Systems and should have leadership qualities to lead a team of Business Analysts.


SENIOR COST ESTIMATING ENGINEER - ONSHORE OIL & GAS PROJECTS

• B SC in an Engineering Discipline or BSe in Quantity Surveying
• 10 - 12 year's hands on experience in the preparation of wide range of Capital cost estimates for Onshore projects in the oil & gas industry or major onshore Civil and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with Client/Design Consultant/ International EPIC Contractor organizations preferred. lie must be fully familiar with the preparation of estimates for Conceptual, Feasibility studies, FEED, EPIC phases of projects and also with Consultancy (man hour) type estimates.
• Must be fully experienced in developing pricing mechanisms for the various types of contracts and in tender hid evaluations, variation review & evaluation, claim analysis, cost analysis, tendering, and forecasting techniques.
• Should be fully capable of deriving quantity take-offs from engineering drawings of all disciplines to aid estimate preparation.



SENIOR COST ESTIMATING ENGINEER – MAJOR CIVIL & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS - Ref NO : JRE 10577

• B Sc in an Engineering Discipline or B Sc in Quantity Surveying
• 10-12 years hands on experience in the preparation of wide range oF Capital cost estimates for Major onshore civil and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with Client/Design Consultant! International EPIC Contractor organizations preferred.
• He should have strong background in quantity surveying, rate analysis and must be conversant to standard method of measurements and thorough knowledge of material specification and various construction techniques in the field of Major Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Has a high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access & Word) and familiar with relevant estimating software.
• He must posses excellent written and oral English language and reporting skills



SENIOR COST PLANNING ENGINEER (2 Vacancies) Ref. No. JRE10578


• BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent. Membership with relevant professional association is an advantage.
• 10 12 years experience in management and control of large-scale industrial projects in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Must have minimum of 8 years it experience as Senior Planning Engineer with Client/Contractor organizations responsible for project planning, progress measurement, performance monitoring, tendering, reporting and control. Must have sound appreciation of all aspects of project development and execution including direct experience in the management of Engineering Contractors during Front End Definition & Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases ot projects.
• Must have well developed analytical and reporting skills, excellent verbal & written English and high level of computer literacy with relevant MS Office and Project Control Software including Primavera.

• BSc in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years experience. 'Die candidate should he a mature document control professional/functional leader who has the full capability to lead, develop, implement and maintain the latest computer based Document Management Systems and Processes and Organization to support engineering management and project teams who arc engaged in the execution of large scale Oil/Gas and Industrial Projects.
