Surface Operation General Manager
Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:
Field Management:

• Plan and manage the field infrastructure, production and maintenance of the field operation.
• Develop and implement effective and efficient operation and maintenance systems and programs to achieve safe and productive field operation.
• Plan and staff a team of qualified & motivated operation, production and maintenance personnel for the field operation.

Engineering & Facilities:

• Good knowledge of conceptual and/or detailed design on surface facilities.
• Manage the Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities for the project.
• Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure completion of the construction of field operation facilities within approved budget and schedule with good quality

HSE & Security:
Plan and manage the HSE, security and community relations activities at the production site.

Pre-requisites:

• Min S1 degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• At least 15 years of relevant hands-on engineering exposure in the oil & gas OR EPC industry
• A resourceful and self driven team player with strong leadership, coordination and organisation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

HSE Manager
Responsibilities encompassed include but not be limited to the following:

• Build, develop and coordinate the Company's HSE and Quality Management Systems on both project and operation.
• Formalization of HSE and Quality Control Procedures including: HSE activity quality plans, activity lists, schedules, budgets, audit, etc.
• Continue the introduction and development of processes and procedures
• Prepare routine HSE Quality control reports.
• Develop Company HSE Strategies and Standardization across all operations.
• ensure that all appropriate HSE features are incorporated into the design to minimize the potential for hazardous events or environmental impacts
• Create and promote an HSE-aware culture in the company.
• Represent the company on HSE issues when needed.
• Timely reporting of activities and data to the authorities as required by relevant regulations.
• Provide support to Operations team to help them achieve HSE performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HSE (environment study) or Oil & Gas related subjects.
• Min. of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas project HSE Quality Control matters.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong business focus
• Good Command in English - speaking & writing
