COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The incumbent should be able to speak English and Arabic fluently, be a result-oriented senior communications professional with 7-10 years of strategic and hands-on experience in highly competitive, diverse environments. S/he should possess a thorough knowledge of diversified communication theory and practices embracing internal and external communications, media relations and crisis management.

Education

Degree in mass communication, public communication or English literature

Job Description

• Provide timely and expert support to the leadership of Tetra Pak in making vital decisions in day-to-day affairs
• Manage internal and external communication channels to disseminate corporate messages in an efficient and effective way
• Revamp and supervise the maintenance of Tetra Paks corporate internal news portal ‘for rapid information dissemination
• Manage and improve the media relations and image building programme to ensure Tetra Pak’s contribution to local communities
• Strengthening and managing relationship with Tetra Pak’s PR agencies and develop a comprehensive long-term strategic public relations programme supporting the strategic business objectives
• Manage the media monitoring and analysis programme, with daily media alerts through the Media Watch Middle East
• Drive graphic guidelines and corporate identity consistency with religious stringency across all markets in the GCC and Yemen
